Step 2: Click on the Present button in the top-right corner of the screen to Start Presenter View. 

You can select the presenter viewer from the bottom of the left corner. 

Step 3: Presenter View Layout: 

  • Slide Preview: Shows the current slide that the audience is viewing and the next slide in the sequence. 

  • Speaker Notes: Any notes you have added to individual slides will appear here, visible only to you as the presenter. 

  • Timer: Tracks how long the presentation has been running, helping you manage your time.
