Bihar TET Recruitment 2022 Eligibility: Educational Qualification
Candidates can take a look at the Eligibility Criteria of Bihar TET 2022, for Primary level and Upper Primary Level. It is mentioned below in this table separately:
Paper I: For Teachers I-V. (Primary Level)
- Applicants must have completed Class X with at least 45 percent aggregate or equivalent marks.
- Candidates who have finished their graduation in B.SC/ BA/ B. Ed. with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BTET 2022. Students enrolled in the final four years of a four-year bachelor's degree in elementary education, a two-year diploma in elementary education or a two-year diploma in special education may also apply for this exam.
Paper-II: For Teachers in Years VI-VIII (Upper Primary Level)
- Candidates who have finished their graduation and passed/appear in the last year of a two-year D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) programme are eligible to register for BTET 2022.
- Those who have finished their graduation with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in the last year of a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
- Candidates who have finished their Graduation with a minimum of 45 percent marks and passed/ are currently enrolled in a 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) programme are also eligible to apply for BTET 2022.
