Students can definitely score their best in their CBSE Class 12 English paper if they follow the tips stated below:

CBSE Class 12 Board Exams Preparation Tips for English

1. Make sure you know how to write a letter and a summary.

Practice writing these formats over and again to ensure that you can write them perfectly in exams. Make a strong first impression with your introduction and conclusion while drafting your letter.

2. Carefully read your comprehension passage.

Read the questions before reading the comprehension passages in your CBSE Class 12 English paper since this will help you identify the areas of the passage that contain the answers when reading.

3. Concentrate on honing your writing talents.

Get into the habit of reading the newspaper every day to improve your grammar and expand your vocabulary. It will assist you in constructing grammatically correct statements.

4. Work through some sample question papers

Attempt to solve sample question papers from the previous five years to gain a better knowledge of the format of the question paper and the marks assigned to each section.

5. Make a list of character sketches and main topics.

Prepare notes on character sketches of important characters as well as central topics for the prose or poetry component of your CBSE Class 12 English paper. Also, while using quotes may help you get good grades, do not quote if you are doubtful, as an improper quote will immediately draw the examiner's attention.

6. Highlight key points in your responses.

Remember to highlight crucial aspects of the answer in the prose and poetry sections of the paper. Make sure you don't misspell anything.

7. It's never a good idea to study selectively.

Give each chapter or poem the attention it deserves. Even if a chapter is challenging for you, do not skip it without at least reading it twice or three times.
Don't get so wrapped up in your guidebooks that you forget about your textbooks and class notes. Give each of the three study materials equal weight.
Make sure you revise every day so you don't forget what you learned the day before or the week before.

8. Effective time management is essential.

Decide how much time you want to devote to each section of your CBSE Class 12 English paper in advance, and then time yourself while tackling sample question papers accordingly. Some students may not complete their papers because they have run out of time.

9. Make wise decisions

The question papers are divided into three sections, so choose deliberately which questions you will attempt under each area from the options provided.

10. You must have neat and readable handwriting.

This allows the examiner to better grasp what you've written and offers you higher scores. Avoid exceeding word limitations because it is a waste of time and gives the examiner a bad impression.

11. It is critical to be methodical.

In your CBSE Class 12 English paper, always attempt questions in the correct serial order under each section. Messy response scripts irritate examiners. If you're not sure about an answer, leave that space blank and try to write the solution later. Every answer should have the correct serial number. Making a blunder when counting your answers can be disastrous.

12. Pay attention to the questions you're reading.

Many students are in such a rush to start writing their papers that they are oblivious to the question's requirements. Read all of the questions carefully to ensure that you understand what they require, and then write down your responses.
