DSSSB Jail Warder Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit

Category	Upper Age Limit Extension
SC/ST	Extendable by 5 years (18-32 years).
OBC	Extendable by 3 years (18-20 years).
Candidate with at least three years’ continuous service in Central Govt./ Govt. of Delhi in any of its Departments	Extendable up to the age of 40 years for General, 43 years for OBC, and 45 years for SC/ST.
Meritorious Sports Person	Extendable by 5 years for General, 8 years for OBC, and 10 years for SC/ST.
Ex-Servicemen	Extendable for a period of Military Service plus 3 years.
Disabled Defense services personnel	Extendable up to the age of 45 years for General, 48 years for OBC, and 50 years for SC/ST.
Widows/ Divorced Women/ Women judicially separated and are not re-married	Extendable up to the age of 35 years for General, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST

Other categories	170	81-85 with a minimum expansion of 5 cm.

• Run a 1600m race in under 6 minutes. 
• Candidates who qualify the race will get 3 chances to complete: -
  • 3’9” high jump
  • 13’ long jump
