The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board sets the eligibility criteria for DSSSB Teacher Recruitment. All those who are applying for DSSSB Teacher Exam should ensure that they fulfilll the eligibility criteria otherwise they will not be considered for the post. DSSSB Teacher Eligibility Criteria 2022


DSSSB conducts exams for various posts for recruitment under Delhi Government. The objective of the exam is to recruit suitable candidates for the Group “B” and Group “C” posts in teaching and non-teaching capacity.  The DSSSB Teacher eligibility is discussed based on the following parameters:

DSSB Teacher Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit

As per official notification dated 12 May 2021- eligible candidates must be below 32 years of age for TGT whereas for other teaching posts age limit is fixed at 30 years.
Age Limit for DSSSB Teacher Eligibility as on 24.06.202 was:

Assistant Teacher (Nursery) Not exceeding 30 years
 
Age Relaxation is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories as stated under the Government of India.

6. Ex. Servicemen Period of Military Service+3 years

DSSSB Teacher Eligibility Criteria: Number of attempts

Candidates must note that they can attend the DSSSB Teacher exam as many times as they wish, till the time they are within the suitable age bracket. This exam does not have a limit on the number of attempts in DSSSB Teacher Eligibility.
