A Tibetian who came over India before January 01, 1962, and has settled in India permanently.

IBPS Clerk Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit
The minimum age limit to apply for the IBPS Clerk is 20 years and the maximum is 28. There are relaxations in the age limit which are as per the official notification. The details related to the age limit and relaxations are as follows:

IBPS Clerk Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
The candidates must have a minimum qualification of Graduation recognized by the Government to apply for the post of IBPS Clerk. Further, the other details are as follows:
- Computer Literacy is a must. Candidates must possess operating as well as working knowledge of the Computer System.
- Proficiency in Local Language: Candidates should also be proficient in the language of the state to which they are applying.

The candidates have to be a permanent domicile of the state from where they are applying or should be well versed with the official language of the state.
