1st April : Aprils Fools' Day
April Fools' Day, sometimes known as All Fools' Day, has been observed for decades, but its origins are unknown. Some historians believe it was first seen in 1852, when France converted from the Julian calendar to the Gregorian calendar, and others believe it is tied to the change of seasons.
1st April - Prevention of Blindness week
It is observed from 1st to 7th April to spread awareness against the causes of blindness and the ways to prevent them.
1st April - Odisha Foundation Day
Every year on April 1st, Odisha Foundation Day commemorates the state's formation as a separate province on April 1, 1936.
2nd April - World Autism Awareness Day
World Autism Awareness Day is observed on 2 April to raise awareness about autism and to educate people about it.
Chaitra Navratri will start on April 2, 2022 and end on April 11, 2022. The event lasts nine days, during which devotees pray to Goddess Durga in her nine manifestations.
4 April- International Day of Mine awareness
Every year on April 4th, the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action is marked to raise awareness of the threat that landmines pose to civilian safety, health, and lives, and to encourage state governments to implement mine-clearing programmes.
5th April- National Maritime Day
Every year on April 5th, India celebrates National Maritime Day because it was on this date in 1919 that the SS Loyalty, the first ship of The Scindia Steam Navigation Company Ltd, sailed to the United Kingdom. It was a watershed moment in Indian navigation history.
7 April- World Health Day
As we all know, "health is wealth."
As a result, every year on April 7th, the world celebrates World Health Day. The World Health Organization manages a variety of programmes and arrangements. It was the first time it was commemorated in 1950.
10 April - World Homoeopathy Day (WHD)
Every year on April 10th, World Homeopathy Day is commemorated to pay honour to Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann, the founder and father of the Homeopathic medical system. The primary goal of this day is to increase public awareness about Homeopathic medicine. Indeed, World Homeopathy Week is observed annually from the 10th to the 16th of April and is organised by the World Homeopathy Awareness Organization. Essentially, this day is observed by both homoeopaths and those who have been healed by homoeopathy.
23 April - English Language Day
Every year on April 23, English Language Day is observed by the United Nations (UN). The day falls on William Shakespeare's birthday and death anniversary, as well as World Book Day.
24 April - National Panchayati Raj Day
Every year on April 24, India commemorates National Panchayati Raj Day. The Constitution entered into force on this day, having effect on April 24, 1993. The first National Panchayati Raj Day was observed in 2010. A new Part IX of the Constitution titled "The Panchayats" was created, circumventing the 73rd Amendment Act from Article 243 to 243 (O), as well as a new Eleventh Schedule consisting of 29 subjects within the powers of Panchayats.

At the World Health Assembly's 60th session in 2007, it was proposed that Africa Malaria Day be renamed World Malaria Day.

28 April - World Day for Safety and Health at Work
Since 2003, the International Labour Organization (ILO) has marked this day on April 28 every year. This day commemorates how to improve workplace safety and health and looks forward to maintaining these efforts in the face of many developments such as technology, demographics, climate change, and so on.
29 April - International Dance Day
It is observed annually on April 29 and is also known as World Dance Day. It serves as a wake-up call to governments, legislators, and organisations that have yet to recognise the value of dancing.
30 April - World Veterinary Day
Every year on the final Saturday of April, people from all around the world gather to raise awareness about the critical responsibilities that veterinarians perform. This day is designated by the World Organization and the World Veterinary Association.
