What is the Annual Package for NABARD Grade B Managers?
All the central government employees, including the employees of NABARD, will be paid according to the 7th pay commission. The net salary will be divided into three parts - basic salary, allowances and deductibles.
According to the last notification (2020), newly recruited employees will receive basic emoluments of approximately 13 Lakhs per annum. ( about Rs. 73,000/- per month). This includes basic salary and all the allowances.

- Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 35150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.35150 - 1750 (9) - 50900 - EB - 1750(2) - 54400 - 2000 (4) - 62400 (16 years)
- Currently, the initial monthly Gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 78,000/-p.m.

The basic salary as per the official notification is Rs. 35,150/-, in accordance with NABARD Grade B Job Profile.
