- Create mind maps: Mind maps are a visual way of organizing and connecting information.

- Understand the case studies: Geography is a subject that is based on case studies and hence formulise the knowledge by graphing all the stats with dates.

- Get yourself updated with the recent events happening around the world to get a better understanding of current affairs and most important work that must be done before giving the exams.

- The best approach to get started is to pay attention in class and take any pertinent notes (in addition to the notes given by the teacher)

- Make a study timetable that prioritises topics based on their importance and difficulty.

- Concentrate on NCERT books for preparation and use other books as a reference.

- Use simple methods of memorization, such as flashcards, to help you remember details.

- Don't try to remember all of the answers. Make an effort to recall the main topics and expand on them in your own words.

- Practice map-related questions throughout the year rather than cramming locations right before the exam.

- Read the content at least three times before attempting to summarise it in your own words.

- Give yourself at least two months to revise.

- Try a few previous year's papers and ask your teacher to point out your problems before you start revising. This will allow you to identify your weak points and revise accordingly.

- Make a new study schedule with time allotted for both simple and tough chapters.

- When studying, start with a simple chapter to build confidence before moving on to more challenging topics.

- Use flowcharts to make quick modifications.

- Try group study with your pals by preparing a topic for each of you to explain and discuss with the rest of your class.

- Solve previous year's questions/sample papers to see patterns and practise writing answers within the word limitations.

- When responding to questions, be concise and avoid writing extensive paragraphs.

- Put forth your best effort in the practical section. As a result, 30 points can significantly improve your overall Geography %.

With so many topics to learn about, it's easy to become overwhelmed. It is, however, critical to focus your attention on a single topic at a time. If you approach your Geography board exam study in this manner, you will be able to finish the full course syllabus thoroughly and quickly.
