What is "Google Subscribe"?
As we previously mentioned, subscribing to Google is a key component of the second goal, which is to encourage publishers to develop long-term business plans. The goal is to make user subscriptions as simple as possible, especially on mobile. Subscriptions can be purchased with a few clicks for Google account holders who have payment information on file. The user's Google login information is then used to access their subscriptions. Publishers will be given access to subscriber data.Download these FREE Ebooks:

Why do we care
If you use the Subscribe with Google feature and you notice an increase in impressions and clicks in the Search Console performance report on or after December 6th, this might be the cause. It's helpful to identify the cause of a change in clicks and impressions that doesn't affect your other metrics, such as conversions or traffic. This appears to be a reporting change rather than a modification of a brand-new feature that would boost traffic and conversions. However, the terminology Google used above is a little unclear. What factors determine a Google search's top results?
