Assam Rifle Sports Recruitment 2022: Selection process
- Candidate Verification - Only candidates with valid call letters and photo lD proof such as Voter lD, Driving License, or Aadhaar Card will be allowed to enter the recruitment rally site. Initial Documentation- All candidates will be subjected to documentation, which will require them to produce all original documents/certificates pertaining to their age, education, caste (in the case of age relaxation), sports, and domicile/PRC.
- Physical Standard Test (PST) and Field Trial - Only candidates who pass the initial verification and documentation will be allowed to take the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Field Trial.
- Appellation against Physical Standard Test (PST) - Candidates who have been declared disqualified in the Physical Standard Test may file an appeal with the Appellate Authority for re-measurement of Height and Chest only.
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME) - Candidates who qualify in their respective sports disciplines in Field Trials will be subjected to a Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
- Final Selection - Final selection will be made based on accomplishments and performance in Field Trials of Participation.
- Provisional Appointment Letter and Merit List - Candidates who pass the PST, Performance in Field Trial, and Medical Examination Test will be placed on the Merit List based on the discipline-specific vacancies available. Provisional appointment letters will be issued to qualified candidates in accordance with the available vacancies in the respective sports disciplines.
