Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Engraver, Level B-4, Bachelor of Fine Arts (Sculpture/Metal Works) with a minimum of 55 percent.
- Junior Office Assistant, Level-B-3 - Graduate with at least 55 percent in English and computer expertise, with a typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi.
Age Restriction
18 years to 28 years
Criteria for Selection
Candidates will be chosen based on their performance in online tests. The Engraver (B-4 Level) and Jr. Office Assistant (B-3 Level) exams will be administered in the following stages:

The selection process for the positions of Jr. Office Assistant at the B-3 level will take place in two stages:

The selection process for the positions of Jr. Office Assistant at the B-3 level will take place in two stages:
- The first computer-based English/Hindi typing test will be held (English @ 40 wpm/Hindi @ 30 wpm). Only a qualifying typing test will be given.
- Candidates who pass the English/Hindi Typing Test on a computer (English @ 40 wpm/Hindi @ 30 wpm) will be invited to take the online exam.
- The type Objective Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language will all be tested online.
- The online test will have a total score of 160. For the online exam, there will be no negative grading. The exam will take 120 minutes to complete.
The online examination will be of objective type and will be used to select candidates for the positions of Engraver at B-4 Level.
- Professional knowledge (in the field), general awareness, English language, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude are all required.
- Selection for the positions of Engraver at the B-4 Level will be based on an online, objective-type test. The online exam will have a total of 125 points. For the online exam, there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. The exam will take 120 minutes to complete.
