| Social Science | The candidates must have done Graduation and have studied any of the two subjects i.e., History, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Geography, Philosophy and Environment Studies for three years or Graduation and Passed B.Ed. |
| English | The candidate must have done Graduation and have studied English as an elective subject of three years or BA and B.Ed |
| Physical Education | The candidate must have done Physical Education or Bachelor Degree with Physical Education as a subject in three years Graduation Course and 1-year course of B.P.Ed/D.P.Ed or Bachelor Degree. |
| Music | The candidate must have done Graduation in Music (Instrument or Vocal) and B.Ed |
