Educational background:UGC-accredited graduate or equivalent examination with Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) recognised by the National Council of Teacher Education/Government
Knowledge of Rajasthani culture and working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script

Selection Process
A written exam will be used to make the selection.
Pattern of the RPSC Sr Physical Teacher Exam
The examination will be worth 460 points, with a maximum of 40 points provided for participation in sports/tournaments. Two papers will be presented. Paper I will be worth 200 points, while Paper II will be worth 260 points.
Paper-I:
Paper-I:
- The question paper will carry maximum 200 marks.
- The duration of the question paper will be 2:00 hours.
- The question paper will carry 100 question of multiple choices.
The following subjects will be covered in the paper: I Geographical, historical, cultural, and general understanding of Rajasthan. (ii) Rajasthan Current Affairs (iii) Broad understanding of the globe and India. Educational Psychology (iv). In the evaluation of answers, negative marking will be used. For each incorrect answer, one-third of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.
Paper-II
Paper-II
- The question paper will be worth a maximum of 260 points.
- The question paper will be two hours long.
- The question paper will include 130 multiple-choice questions.
- In the evaluation of answers, negative marking will be used. One-third of the marks allotted for that question will be removed for each incorrect answer. Explanation: A wrong answer is one that is erroneous or has many answers.
- The minimum qualifying mark for the paper will be 40%. Provided, however, that the above-mentioned percentage will be reduced by 5% for candidates from Schedule Casts and Schedule Tribes.
