Job Description:
- Support the process by managing transactions in accordance with the required quality standards.
- Responding to all incoming help requests from clients via phone and/or email in a courteous manner Documenting all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue
- Update your own availability in the RAVE system to ensure process productivity.
- All queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions should be recorded, tracked, and documented.
- To resolve all client inquiries, adhere to standard processes and procedures.
- Resolve client inquiries in accordance with the contract's SLAs.
- Access and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions in order to assist and provide effective problem resolution to clients.
- Identify and learn relevant product details to improve client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Call logs should be documented and analyzed to determine which calls are the most important.
