 Adolescence Age 


 Child born at the time called infant thereafter he reaches the child stage called life then, adolescence.  The period of life when the body has its own organs are developing rapidly.  That state is called adolescence.  This period starts from the age of about 11 years old and lived until the age of 18 or 19 years.  Than boys this age girls are already starting 1 or 2 years.  So are girls  early maturing than boys.

Signs of Adolescence:

  • Changes in puberty ,  Be increased in length begins.
  • The body is starting to change shape.
  • the change in tone.  Boys are inside come out emerged Adams Apple and girls are sound and strong.
  • the development of reproductive organs.  Girls are the ovaries increase in size.  Boys are looking to shave mustaches come.
  • puberty is the testes - start of testosterone or male hormones.  Ovaries in girls starts to be estrogen or female hormones.Start of reproductive age women are aged 10 to 12 years old and it moves generally 45 to 50 years of age             

    Menstruation                       


    Eggs begin to mature at puberty.  An egg matures in the ovary and is released by one of the ovaries at an interval of about 28 to 30 days. If it does not fertilize it is divided and exits the body.It is bleeding in women.Known as menstruation or menses.

 

Sex determination 

 
  1.  Sex determination is a key role of chromosomes.  Men have the XX chromosome possessed while parents are XY chromosome.  When you meet someone chromosome male chromosomes that is when sperm fertilization occurs then meet egg.  During the infusion if you get the chromosomes of the male X chromosome parents will girl.  But if I have the Y chromosome get the x chromosome parents will then child boy.  Looking at the photos below you can unders

1.Pituitary gland

 
 pituitary glands control the growth of our body.Growth hormone released by the pituitary gland hormones say.This gland is found in our brain.Length to right the gland work right either is much increased or not increased.
 

2.Thyroid glands: -


This gland is found in our throats.It works to balance our voices.Says thyroxine hormone released from the gland. This gland is working becomes a disease called Gaytr if not.Which is our throats flowers.
 

3. Adrenal gland :-


This gland is found in the part of our stomachs.This gland makes hormones called Adrinelin.That our bodies anger, balance the anxiety and excitement.
 

4. pancreas :-


This hormone is also found in parts of our stomach.It generated a hormone called insulin.Which helps to digest the food in our body.It is caused by a disease called diabetes.
 

5. ovaries: -


it is feminine organs. The hormone is produced called It estrogen.
 

6. testis

 
it into male organ.It is generated hormone testosterone.
 

Nutritional needs of teens

Our body is made up of lots of cells.Each cell has an individual basis.During adolescence, the body’s rapid growth.Body This increase is in need of a good diet.What we call a balanced diet.Balanced diet of protein, carbohydrates, incorporation required a substantial amount of fat, vitamins and minerals.Milk is a balanced diet for yourself.In the meantime we would also need physical exercise along with a good diet.So all parts of the body continue to function correctly.

Answer-During puberty your child's emotions may become stronger and more intense. Their mood might change more frequently, quickly and randomly. Your child may have strong emotions that they've never experienced before. It's common for them to feel confused, scared or angry and not know why.

Q5-what are the first sign puberty in girl?

Answer- The earliest sign of puberty in most girls is the development of breast "buds," nickel-sized bumps under the nipple. It is not unusual for breast growth to start on one side before the other. It's also common for breast buds to be somewhat tender or sore.
