INMO Exam Date 2022-2023: The INMO Exam Date 2022-2023 was decided as 24 February 2022. However, it is now postponed. INMO is the third phase of the International Mathematical Olympiad program. Candidates who qualify for the Regional Mathematical Olympiad (RMO) are eligible for the Indian National Mathematical Olympiad. The exam is conducted by the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) on behalf of the National Board of Higher Mathematics (NBHM). It is a popular exam that allows students to showcase their Mathematical skills in front of the world through this exam. It is the entry point for the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO). Candidates who qualify for the INMO exam are offered training in the International Mathematical Olympiad Training Camps (IMOTC) for preparation for the International Mathematical Olympiad. INMO Exam Dates 2022-2023: Important Details

INMO is the third phase of the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO). Candidates who qualify for the second phase viz Regional Mathematical Olympiad become eligible for INMO. Indian National Mathematical Olympiad is the entry point for the IMO exam. Candidates who qualify INMO exam are offered training in the International Mathematical Olympiad Training Centre (IMOTC) for preparation for the International Mathematical olympiad.

Around 900 candidates sit and appear in the INMO exam, as per previous data. Here, only 35 students are shortlisted for further procedures.

INMO Exam Pattern 2022-2023

Six descriptive mathematical questions appear in the INMO exam. These are tougher than the Pre-RMO and RMO exams. Although the syllabus for this Mathematical program remains the same for stages, the level of difficulty increases as candidates move ahead to the next phase.

The exam goes on for 4 hours, and candidates are expected to attempt all the questions and submit them at the end of the exam along with the rough work.
