The National Cyber Olympiad (NCO) is a national-level exam conducted by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF). This exam aims at identifying, celebrating, and promoting Cyber security, computer skills, mental ability, and IT and analytical skills in young children. Students from Classes 1 to 10 can participate in the NCO exam. However, they should be from a recognized educational board, such as CBSE, ICSE, and other state boards. The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) encourages students' participation through their respective schools. Individual registration is rarely entertained by the conducting body. Therefore, if you are interested in taking part in the National Cyber Olympiad, talk with your school regarding the same. It is also mandatory that your school should be registered with SOF. If it is already a part of the Science Olympiad Foundation, it is good. However, if not, your school can receive the prospectus and register itself through mail or phone call.

In 2021, the National Cyber Olympiad was canceled due to a massive outbreak of the Covid 19 virus. Nevertheless, this year The exam dates for the National Cyber Olympiad for 2022 are decided as 24 November and 20 December 2022.

- There are three sections in the Exam; Computer and Information Technonlogy, Logical Reasoning, and Achievers section.
- Students will be given an hour (60 minutes) to complete the exam.
- The exam is set in two parts; Set A and Set B.
- The exam is conducted in offline mode.
- The NCO Exam result is released by SOF.
What is National Cyber Olympiad?
