Pre RMO or PRMO Exam: Pre RMO or PRMO is the initial phase of the Indian Mathematical Olympiad. PRMO is the abbreviation for Pre Regional Mathematical Olympiad. It is the first round for the selection of students for the Indian Mathematical Olympiad. National Board for Higher Mathematics (NBHM) has appointed the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) as the coordinator of the exam. Under the supervision of HBCSE, the Mathematics Teachers’ Association (MTA) conducts the exam. Candidates belonging to classes 8-12 can participate in the exam.
