Bihar Police SI Syllabus 2024

 The Bihar Police SI Selection process consists of the following stages.

• Prelims Exam
• Mains Exam
• Physical Test

Bihar Police SI Exam Pattern

The recruitment exam for Bihar Police SI is conducted in three stages:

• Preliminary Exam
• Mains Exam
• Physical Efficiency Test

 

Bihar Police SI Exam Pattern: Preliminary Exam

In the preliminary exam questions are asked from General Knowledge and Current Affairs only.

• 100 questions are asked in the exam.
• The total duration of the exam is 2 hours and it is of a total of 200 marks.
• Questions are objective or MCQs.
• The exam is conducted in online mode.
• There is negative marking and 0.2 marks are deducted for every incorrect answer.
• The minimum qualifying marks are 30% of the total marks i.e. 60 marks.

 

Bihar Police SI Exam Pattern: Mains Exam

This is the second stage of the recruitment process and questions are asked from General Hindi and General Studies only. The exam pattern is as follows:

• Mains exam is also objective.
• General Hindi is qualifying in nature. Candidates must secure 30% marks in General Hindi.
• There is negative marking and 0.2 marks are deducted for every incorrect answer.
• Only 6 times the number of vacancies are called for PET

 

Bihar Police SI Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates who qualify prelims and mains are called for PET. The standards for PET are as follows:
