Who is the current chief minister of Uttar Pradesh?

Yogi Adityanath, the hardline Hindutva symbol, was sworn in as the 21st Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on March 19 at Kanshiram Smriti Upvan in Lucknow. In the recently ended Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections 2017, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) gained nearly 300 seats out of 403, while the Samajwadi Party-Congress combination and Mayawati's Bahujan Samaj Party failed to gain even 100 seats.
