The merit list of the shortlisted candidates will be issued along with the CUCET 2022 result.
The merit list will only be available on the official website in an online format.
On the basis of total marks received in the CUCET 2022 entrance exam, the CUCET rank list will be released.
The CUCET 2022 counselling session will be informed to the shortlisted candidates.
In comparison to other candidates, the applicants who received the best ranking in the CUCET 2022 would be given priority for seat allocation in the CUCET 2022.
The CUCET 2022 merit list is divided into four categories: General Merit, OBC Merit, St Merit, and Sc Merit.

How do I get my CUCET 2022 result?
To obtain the CUCET 2022 result, candidates must complete all of the stages outlined below:
To download the CUCET merit list, candidates must first go to the CUCET official website.
Step 2: The candidate will click the "Result" button on the main page.
Step 3: On the window screen, the candidate will see a login page where they must enter their application number and date of birth.
Step 4: On the window screen, the CUCET merit list will show.
Step 5: In the CUCET merit list, look up your roll number or application number.
Step 6: For the counselling session, print out the CUCET 2022 merit list.

Calculation of the CUCET 2022 Merit List
Candidates' aggregate marks (percentage) in qualifying degree courses or board certifications, as well as their marks in the CUCET entrance test, are used to compile the CUCET exam merit list.
For both markers, a specific weighting has been established:
30% of the required degree course or board certificate (10, 10+2)
70% of the CUCET exam score
For example, if a student receives 70% in class 12, his or her aggregate scores for the 10+2 exam will be 30% of 70 = 21.
If he or she received 70 points on the CUCET, 70 percent of 70 equals 49.
CUCET's Net Merit will be (a+b) 21 + 49 = 70.
What Happens After CUCET 2022?
Following the announcement of the CUCET 2022 result, candidates can choose from the following options:
Through CUCET 2022 counselling, which will be done both online and offline, seats will be allocated to candidates based on their merit in their relevant programme and university.
The individual Central Universities and the Dr B R Ambedkar School of Economics will release the CUCET 2022 Cutoff, counselling/ admission schedule, and merit list based on the CUCET 2022 score and other criteria of the participating universities once the CUCET result is announced.
Some institutions offer online admission counselling for a cost, which candidates must pay.
