JAIIB Salary
After clearing JAIIB Exam there are increments in the salary of employees working in various banks. As per the guidelines of the Indian Bank Association, any permanent bank employee who is from PSUs (one of the members of IBA) is eligible to get salary increments after passing the JAIIB exam. Their details are as follows:- JAIIB for Clerks - 1 increment in salary
- JAIIB for Officers Grade - 1 increment in salary
If a banker has basic pay of 11765/-, then after passing the JAIIB exam, he will get 1 increment, meaning his new basic pay will be: Rs 11765 + Rs 655= Rs 12420 /-
