SSC GD Exam Pattern: The Staff Selection Commission changed SSC GD Exam Pattern last year in October 2022.
As per the revised exam pattern, a total of 80 qusetions will be asked in the exam and the duration of the exam is going to be one hour.
Further, there will be negative marking of 0.5 marks.

SSC GD Constable New Exam Pattern 2023
There are three phases to the exam, only candidates who clear the three stages and are found medically suitable are selected for various posts under BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, NIA, SSF, and Rifleman in Assam Rifles.
- Stage 1: – Written Exam (Objective type)
- Stage 2: – Physical Standard Test/ Physical Efficiency Test
- Stage 3: – Medical Test

The first phase of the SSC GD exam is an online exam where candidates will have to secure marks more than a certain cutoff, in order to be eligible for other phases of the exam.
As per the revised SSC GD Exam Pattern, a total of 80 questions will be asked.
There are four sections in the exam- General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Elementary Mathematic and English/Hindi.
The duration of the exam will be 60 minutes and there is negative marking of 0.5 marks.
