CUET 2022: In the CUET UG exam, a total of 14,90,293 Candidates registered and 9,68,201 candidates appeared for the exam across 249 cities in India and 10 Cities outside India. The CUET exam was conducted in 13 languages. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has conducted the Common University Entrance Test (UG) for the admission into all UG Programmes in all Central Universities for academic session 2022-23. As per NTA "The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) has provided a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, especially those from rural and other remote areas and help establish better connect with the Universities". In CUET exam 2022, overall candidates applied to 90 universities with 54,555 different topical combinations.

The NTA has shared the results of candidates with the Universities where the candidates had applied.

Total Number of Applicants in Cuet Exam 2022

In the CUET UG exam, a total of 14,90,293 Candidates registered and 9,68,201 candidates appeared for the exam across 249 cities in India and 10 Cities outside India. These applicants submitted 54,555 different combinations of topic applications to 90 universities. Due to the vast number of Subjects, a customized date sheet for each applicant has been produced. 
The total number of Question Papers was 2219 and the number of Questions was 50476. The medium of the Question Paper was in 13 languages (English, Hindi along with regional languages i.e. Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu) so that the candidate from different regions could attempt in their own medium and feel comfortable to write and understand the pattern/method of the examination.
In the preparation of Question papers, about 1240 subject Experts and 680 translators were involved in the massive exercise of preparing the Question Papers for CUET (UG) 2022.

Northern States Registration 

The state of Uttar Pradesh has the most registrations, followed by Delhi. According to the statistics, a total of 3.3 lakh individuals from Uttar Pradesh applied for CUET 2022, followed by 1.5 lakh applications from Delhi. ( will be updated soon )
