Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission conducts UP NHM CHO Recruitment Exam to recruit eligible and interested candidates for the Community Health Officers post.
As per the latest notification, 4000 posts have been released and the candidates can make an online application till 13 th of December.

UP NHM CHO Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
The required educational qualification for UP NHM CHO Exam is B.Sc.
(Nursing) with integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) OR Post Basic B.Sc.
(Nursing) course with integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN).
Additionally candidates must be registered as Nurse and Midwifery from UP Nurses & Midwives Council.
