The candidate must be aged between 18 to 40 years. The age relaxations shall be applicable to the following categories:

UPSSSC PET: Selection Process
Only those applicants who perform well on the UPSSSC PET 2032 will be invited to sit for the upcoming Group 'B & C' main exams for the relevant jobs after the UPSSSC PET 2023 results have been implemented.
It is necessary to participate in the UPSSSC PET 2022 because anyone who has not registered for the UP PET 2023 will not be eligible to appear in the main Exams against any openings.

Important Points For UPSSSC PET Eligibility Criteria
- At the time of application, candidates must have a valid educational degree from a recognised institute. This means that students who are waiting for their results do not meet the UPSSSC PET eligibility criteria and hence cannot take the exam.
- If an applicant is determined to have failed to meet any of the UPSSSC PET eligibility criteria, their application is deemed cancelled.
