Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow, often known as BBAU Lucknow, provides undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programmes in the subjects of arts, commerce, science, technology, and management, among others. According to a recent decision by the University Grant Commission (UGC), the procedure for BBAU admissions in 2022 will henceforth be governed by the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
The University is likely to issue new standards for admissions via CUET.

- BBAU UG Admission: Students wishing to enrol in undergraduate studies must have completed the 12th grade from a recognised board.
- BBAU Postgraduate Admission: Aspirants with a Bachelor's Degree are eligible to apply for admission to postgraduate studies at BBAU.
- BBAU PH.D Admission: Only Post Graduate Degree holders are eligible to apply for BBAU Ph.D admission in 2022.

BBAU will now accept CUET scores for several UG admission from the academic session 2022-23. Aspirants must pay an application fee in order to be admitted to BBAU.

How to Apply for BBAU Admission 2022?
- To begin, go to the home page of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, which is bbau.ac.in.
- Now, pay close attention to the "Notification" section.
- You must then click on the "Admission Notification 2022" link.
- This will take you to a new page that will be in PDF format.
- Candidates can read the whole BBAU Advertisement 2022 for further details.
- Aspirants can apply online after confirming their eligibility from the BBAU Notification 2022.
- Fill out the BBAU Online Registration Form completely and accurately.
- Using the BBAU Online Form, upload any essential papers and certifications.
- Make your fee payment in the right manner.
- Finally, click the submit button and print a copy for future reference.
CUET Exam Pattern 2022
- CUET-2022 is divided into three parts. The first segment is separated into two parts, the first of which includes 13 languages and the second of which includes 20 languages.
- The languages are French, Spanish, German, Nepali, Persian, Italian, Arabic, Sindhi, Kashmiri, Konkani, Bodo, Dogri, Maithili, Manipuri, Santhali, Tibetan, Japanese, Russian, and Chinese.
- For admission to BBAU, candidates must appear in at least one language. The second half of the entrance test includes 27 domain-specific subjects. The final component is based on general knowledge and will only be used for admission to BA programmes. This portion has been further subdivided by BBAU into two parts: B1 and B2. B1 is a list of 18 disciplines that were previously available at DU prior to the introduction of CUET. B2 is a collection of 19 new topics.
- The final portion of CUET 2022, Section III, is intended to assess the candidate's general knowledge. This portion, however, is not compulsory since a student will only attempt it if it is mentioned as a prerequisite for the programme to which she is applying. Students will have an hour to complete Section III, which will include current events, general knowledge, quantitative reasoning, and the application of fundamental mathematical ideas.
Selecting Subjects in CUET Exam 2022
An applicant must select at least three topics from the domain-specific subject area:
- The second segment is divided into two lists, B1 and B2. Applicants must carefully pick their subjects so that they do not select more than one subject at a time.
- Physics, chemistry, mathematics, or biology will be required for entrance to the majority of BSc programmes. It is also required to get at least 30% in any one language.
- To be admitted to the Bachelor of Arts Programme, students must take the CUET entrance test in any one language from section one and any three topics from section two. The marks acquired in the same topic and language will be used to compute the candidate's final score.
- For admission to BA (Hons) Economics, students must select Mathematics from the CUET Syllabus. The merit for this will be determined by the marks earned in the chosen language, Mathematics, and any two disciplines.
- When we had cut-off marks, we used to make the best of four subject marks; similarly, for ultimate admission to BBAU, we will consider the best CUET result.
- Candidates for the BBA, BMS and BBE degrees must pass the CUET section 3 and one language.
Pass course candidates can pick between a language and one domain-specific topic or a three-subject exam.

BBAU Lucknow Scholarships
BBAU Lucknow provides scholarships under the following schemes:
- Scholarships for Students with Disabilities
- Scholarships by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment
- Uttar Pradesh Scholarships
Furthermore, BBAU Lucknow offers scholarships to deserving students from low-income families. SC/ST students enrolled in standard courses are eligible for fee waivers from the institution. PhD students are also financially supported by Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow.
BBAU Admission 2022: Counselling
The institution has issued admissions counselling notifications for 2022. Only approved candidates will be able to download their call letters online from the website. Candidates who have been contacted for counselling must report on the specified date and time at the specified location. They will not be accepted for counselling if they arrive after reporting the time.Documents Required At the time of counselling:
- Hardcopy of the Online filled Application Form and fee slip
- Admit card and scorecard.
- High School pass marks sheet and Certificate as proof of date of birth,
- Pass Marks sheet of 10+2 or equivalent exam.
- NCC/NSS/Sports/Extra-Curricular Certificates (if claiming for weightage)
