Jawaharlal Nehru University JNU Admission 2022 Application Form for MBA Program has been published. For the academic year 2022-23, the JNU Admissions Process 2022 will be followed by a Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET). The Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE) has been cancelled.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will administer the CUET to applicants seeking admission to JNU's various programmes.
The test will be used to select students for admission to JNU and its associated institutions' different UG, PG, and PhD level programmes. JNU Admission 2022: Application Form

The following are the entire details, along with some important directions, for the JNU 2022 Application form:
  1. The Application Form will be completed online.
  2. Candidates will have to fill out the application form as per the given instructions on it.
  3. The details filled by candidates in the application form must be authentic as any alteration in the details can cause rejection of the application form.
  4. Students will be able to make modifications to the details of the application when the JNU application correction facility will open.
  5. Candidates will have to submit the application form before the prescribed date as no candidates will be allowed to submit the application form after that date.
  6. Candidates are advised to keep the printout of the filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

JNU Admission 2022: Application Fee

The cost for the JNU Application Form may only be paid online. For fee transactions, candidates can utilise the SBI/ Syndicate/ Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI.

JNU Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

For the first year of a B.A. (Hons.):

  1. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 Intermediate or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
  2. To be qualified for the test, candidates must have received at least 45% on the qualifying exam.
  3. Candidates who will be taking their final exams in 2022 are also eligible to apply to JNU.

For MCA:

  1. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in BCA or its equivalent.
  2. Subject: Applicants must have Mathematics as a necessary subject to be considered.
  3. Percentage: Candidates must have received at least 55% on the qualifying exams.

For MA Programme:

  1. Qualification: Applying candidates must be Bachelor’s degree holders in any stream.
  2. Percentage: Candidates will require at least 55% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible for admission.

For M.Tech. (Statistical Computing):

  1. Qualification: Candidates must have Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the required stream to be eligible for admission.
  2. Subject: Candidates must have a master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, operational research or in any other science branch.
  3. Percentage: Applying candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in the qualifying exam.

The complete JNU test format for the year 2022 is as follows:
 

For MA Programme:

  • Questions Type: There will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for the examination.
  • Parts: There will be two parts as – Part A & Part B.

For M.Tech. (Statistical Computing) & (Computer Science & Technology):

  • Questions Type: The questions will be asked in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • Number of Questions: The question paper will be consist of a total of 100 questions in the question paper.
  • Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will consist of 1 mark.
  • Negative marking: 0.25 marks will get deducted for each incorrect answer.

For PhD (Direct Admission):

  • 2-years M.Phil degree or 1-year M.Phil with one-year research experience and one publication.
    Or
  • Minimum 2-years of research experience after Master’s degree or diploma equivalent of Master's degree with research publication. Moreover, a master’s degree should be passed with at least 55% marks.
