SSC CHSL Exam
Staff Services commission has released the answer key for SSC CHSL Exam on 20th August 2021. The exam for this cycle of recruitment was conducted from August 4 to 12, 2021. The notification for the exam was released on 06-Nov-2020. There are a total of 4893 Vacancies for SSC CHSL 2020-21 Exam. As per our estimate this time approx. 11 lack candidates had appeared for the examination. Earlier the exam was scheduled for the month of April, but due to the Second wave of COVID 19, it was postponed. This space will cover all the relevant details related to SCC CHSL Exam.

No. 3/3/2020-P&P-I (Vol.-1): The Staff Selection Commission will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk/Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India.
The details of the examination are as under:
Pay Scale:
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200).
Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA): Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100).
Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100) and Level-5(Rs. 29,200-92,300).

There are 3 stages in this exam. The examination consist of one Computer Based Exam (Tier –I) and a descriptive paper as Tier- II. At last candidates have to appear for the skill test.
The first phase of the SSC CHSL exam is a online exam. Where candidates will have to secure marks more than a certain cutoff, in order to be eligible for other phases of the exam.

SSC CHSL selection process starts with the release of notification. The official SSC CHSL notification contains information about the number of vacancies, exam dates, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, syllabus, and other important information.
Interested candidates who meet all the eligibility criteria are required to apply online for the examination. The application process is open for a specific time. The application fee for all candidates is Rs 100 and women/SC/ST/ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of the fee.
Admit card for SSC CHSL exam is released a month or so before the exam. Candidates who are considered eligible by SSC are given admit card for the examination. The admit cards are available online and can be downloaded from the official website of SSC.
All the candidates with valid admit cards can appear for this Stage. This is a computer-based exam, where 4 sections are tested for 200 marks in total. The candidates who are successful in this stage are called for Tier –II of the exam.
This is the final stage of examination. The total marks allotted to this stage are 100. Candidates have to write an essay in either Hindi or English.
It is mandatory for all the candidates to go through his stage. Here the proficiency in entry of data and ability to type in desired language is tested.
The final result is based on the overall performance in Tier I and Tier II. Generally the final result is released in the official web site of SSC. The final result is in form of a merit list and the candidates can check there score by login in to the SSC website. The skill test applicable for few posts does not have any weightage in the final result but the candidates must pass this stage or they are rejected.
