CTET Exam Introduction

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) through the online method in the second quarter of 2018. CTET is a national recruitment process to appoint skillful teachers for Primary level & Upper Primary Level. Earlier the CTET was being conducted twice every year, but as per the latest notice, Starting from 2018, CTET will be conducted once every year from now. The official notification along with the examination dates are awaited for the CTET 2018.

CTET Exam 2018 Exam Pattern

CTET Exam is a two hours exam consist of 150 multiple choice questions. Two seperate exams are conducted for Class I-V teachers and Class VI-VII teachers.

CTET Exam 2018 Admit Card

CTET Exam Admit Card 2018 is available to download on the official website of CBSE. The candidates who have applied for the CTET Exam 2018 should visit the official website to download their Exam Admit Card. The steps to download the Admit Card are mentioned below.

  • Go to the official website cbse.nic.in
  • On the homepage, click on the Admit Card tab.
  • Provide your registration number and date of birth.
  • Your Admit Card will appear on your screen.
  • Save a copy and take a printout of your Admit Card.

CTET Exam 2018 Cut-Off Score

Cut-off score is the minimum score a candidate should get to qualify the exam. This year the exam will be conducted on 16 Sep 2018. Candidates should score above the cut-off to become eligible for teaching job. The cut-off score will be released on the official website after the commencement of the written exam.

CTET Exam 2018 Result

CTET Exam Result 2018 is expected to be released tentatively on 28 Oct 2018. The result will be declared on the official website after the release of cut-off score. Candidates will be allowed to check their exam result from the official website once it will be released.
