The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has been extremely tight-lipped about the declaration of the PSEB Class 12 Board Examinations Results 2018. The Class 12 Board Examinations is an extremely important milestone for students as it would play an extremely important role in shaping a students' academic future. 

Last year the declaration of the Board Results were severely affected due to the Assembly Elections that happened across the state during the time of the declaration of the results of the Class 12 Board Examinations. However, candidates can expect the results to be declared on time this year in the month of May/ June. In 2017, the results of the Class 12 Punjab Board Examination was declared on 14 May 2017.

Last year, in 2017 there was a total of 3,14,815 students, who appeared for the PSEB Class 12 Board Examination out of which 2,85,138 students belonged to Regular school and 29,677 belonged to Open School. From this, a total of 1,96,321 (62.36%) students passed the Punjab Board Examination, of which 1,86,278 (68.33%) belonged to Regular School and 10,043 (33.84%) belonged to Open School. 

Students who have appeared for the examination should be careful to only get their information from reliable sources. There are times when sites could claim to have published the results, which could be inaccurate in nature. Hence, candidates are always requested to check their Class 12 Punjab Board Examination 2018 results from the official website at www.pseb.ac.in. 

With the advent of the digital age, the results will be made available online and published on the official website for students to view and download, the moment the official announcement is made. Candidates visiting the official results page of the Punjab School Education Board on the day of the declaration of the results can expect the website to be slow due to huge website traffic however, that is only temporary. Candidates can expect the results to be declared in the month of May/ June.
