The State Bank of India has released the official notification for SBI PO Exam 2022 to recruit eligible and interested candidates to the post of Probationary Officers in SBI. The notification was released on September 21, 2022. A total of 1673 vacancies have been announced by SBI. The online registration and application process will begin on September 22, 2022, and the last date to apply is October 10, 2022.

SBI PO Mains Syllabus

The syllabus of SBI PO for the Mains Examination constitutes of four major sections (Objective-type questions):

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation
  • Reasoning Ability
  • General/Economy/Banking Awareness
  • English Language
A descriptive test is also included in the SBI PO Mains syllabus. Two questions, one letter writing and one essay, make up the descriptive test. In order to qualify for the SBI PO mains exam, candidates must also pass the descriptive examination.
