About SSC GD
SSC GD Exam
On July 17 2021 Staff Services Commission released notification for 25271 vacancies of Constables (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles. The exam is more commonly known as SSC GD Exam. This year there are 22,424 vacancies for males and 2847 vacancies for females. The application process for the SSC GD exam is open till 31st August and the last date for the payment of the fee is 2nd September.2021. The exam date is yet to be released by SCC.
What is SSC GD Examination?
SSC General Duty exam is conducted to recruit suitable candidates in paramilitary forces like BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, and other organizations under Home Ministry like: NIA, SSF and Rifleman in Assam Rifles. This is an all-India Level Exam and with lacks of candidates appearing for the exam. The eligibility criteria and exam pattern is given in the official notification. The SSC GD Exam as per the job role and organization is described below.
