- Enter your details such as Registration No / Roll No and Password
- Download SEBI Admit Card 2022
SEBI Phase 2 Exam Pattern
The exam will be conducted online mode and consisting of two papers of 100 marks each will be held on March 20, 2022.

SEBI Phase 2 Qualifying Marks

Paper 1 - 30% Marks

Paper 2 - 40% in each subject

Total - 50%
There shall be negative marking (1/4th of marks assigned to the question) for Paper 2 in Phase II (except IT stream). Those who qualify in Phase 2 will be called for the Phase 3 Exam.
SEBI had invited applications for a total of 120 vacancies for the post of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) for General Stream, Legal Stream, Information Technology Stream, Research Stream, and Official Language Stream.
