| Professor, Assistant Professor | A post-graduation, i.e. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the relevant discipline; A medical qualification specified in the 1 or 2 schedules or part 2 of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956; |
| Associate Professor | Medical qualifications listed under the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956's 1 or 2 schedules, or part 2 of the third schedule; A post-graduate degree, such as MD/MS or a recognized equivalent in the corresponding discipline; D. M. in the respective discipline/subject for medical super specialties and M.Ch. in the appropriate discipline/subject for surgical super specialties or a qualification recognized similar thereto. |
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for Professor is not exceeding and the maximum age for Associate Professor/Assistant Professor does not exceed 50 years.
