The selection process for the AWES Recruitment 2022 consists of 3 stages i.e.1. Online Screening Test:
The online screening test for the AWES Army Public School Recruitment 2022 will be conducted by an agency identified by HQ AWES also the candidates will receive a scorecard for the online screening test and it will be valid for 3 years.
2. Interview:
The schools will announce the vacancies through newspapers and the candidate having the OST score can give the interview for the post.
3. Evaluation of Teaching Skills:
After the Interview The candidate’s teaching skill will be tested and language teachers may take a written test comprising Essay & Comprehensions consisting of 15 marks each. Moreover, the selection committee can take a Computer Proficiency Test if needed.
