Indian Navy Agniveer MR Recruitment 2022 : Check Here!

On Thursday, July 25, 2022, the Indian Navy began accepting online applications for the position of agnaveer under the Matric Recruit (MR) program. Male and female candidates who have completed grade 10 may apply online on or before July 30, 2022. The course's training will start in December 2022 for the 01/2022 (Dec. 22) cohort at INS Chilka in Odisha. There are 200 open positions for Agniveer (MR) (including a maximum of 40 female only).

Choice Process

The decision-making process will be based on:

1. Written Exam
2. Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
3. Recruitment Medical Examination

Exam Pattern

• Questions from two disciplines, including "Science & Mathematics" and "General Awareness," will be presented here. The question paper will be of the objective type and multilingual (in Hindi and English).
• The exam's question level will be at the tenth grade level.
• The test will take 30 minutes to complete.
• Candidates must receive a passing grade overall and in each unit.

MR Medical

All chosen candidates will have a recruitment medical examination at INS Chilka. Candidates who pass the recruitment medical examination and are deemed medically fit will be hired.

Candidate must have successfully completed the Matriculation Examination from a board of secondary education recognized by the Indian Ministry of Education.

How long has MR Agniveer served in the Indian Navy?

Under the terms of the Navy Act of 1957, the Agniveers will be enlisted for a four-year term in the Indian Navy. In contrast to any other existing ranks, agniveers would constitute a separate rank in the Indian Navy. Beyond the four-year engagement period, the Indian Navy is not required to keep the Agniveers on board.
