On its official website, the Patna High Court has posted a recruitment notice for the position of Law Assistant. Educational Qualification:

Law graduates/ post graduates from universities/ colleges accredited by the Bar Council of India are allowed to apply/ serve as Law Assistants if they have passed the LL.B/ LL.M examination within two years of the detailed advertisement's publication date. In addition, a recognised Senior Advocate of this Court or the Head of the last Law School/College/University attended by him/her must endorse their candidacy. Or A final-year law student enrolled in a three-year or five-year law programme may apply for the position of Law Assistant, but must present a provisional degree certificate at the time of his or her interview to be considered for selection. Along with their application forms, such applicants must submit/ upload copies of their marksheets/gradesheets from the previous year (2nd year/ 4th year) attested by the Head/ Dean/ Director of the institution/ department.

Only after paying an application fee of Rs. 250/- can interested candidates apply online through the link provided on the official website, www.patnahighcourt.gov.in (Rupees Two hundred and Fifty only). The link will be live from June 1, 2022, until June 23, 2022, till 23:55 hrs., after which it will be disabled. For more information, see the notification link.
