Educational Qualification:

• The candidate must have a Degree in Commerce from a recognized University.
• Also, experience in Finance & Accounts, Finalization of Accounts, and Auditing, Income Tax TDS, Settlement of Staff Benefits, and related work in Government PSU/Office/Autonomous Institute or a commercial organization or a Public Body.
• Should have Government rules and regulation knowledge.

Desirable:

• The candidate should have Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management from a recognized university or institute.

For Deputation/Absorption

• Should hold an analogous post on a regular basis
•  
• Having at least 5 years’ service rendered after appointment to the Accounts Officer post on a regular basis in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 44900-142400) or equivalent in parent cadre or department.

Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for the Recruitment for Account Officer II is 35 years.
