UPSC Civil Services Exam CSE 2022

The commission has decided to hold the Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam 2022 [including the Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) Examination, 2022] on 05 June 2022 (Sunday) across India, according to the notice.

Given the Commission's recent decision to operate two additional Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination Centers in Dharamshala and Mandi in the state of Himachal Pradesh for the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2022, the Commission has now decided to allow applicants for these two exams to submit their revised choice of Centre. Applicants' requests for changes in their centres will be evaluated against the capability of the centres to accommodate the candidates.
The opportunity for submitting the updated choice of Centres will be open in two parts, from March 3rd to March 7th (06.00 PM) and March 10th to March 14th (06.00 PM) (06.00 PM). Candidates are encouraged to visit the website and, if necessary, submit their choices of Examination Centers for the aforesaid Exam. A candidate is not required to log into the aforementioned window if he or she does not wish to alter their Centre. Candidates should also be aware that requests for changes to the Centres will be considered on a "first-apply-first-allot" basis, and that once a Centre's capacity has been reached, the Centre will be frozen and will not be visible to the candidates. The individual will then be asked to select one of the remaining Centers.
