RRB NTPC : Admit Card for the Fourth Phase of Exams to be Released Today

The admit cards for the Fourth Phase of RRB NTPC Exam are to be released today which is sheduled to start from 15th February, 2021. Candidates should keep checking the official website of RRB to know about any further updates.

RRB NTPC Fourth Phase Admit Card and Other Details

The Phase Four exams will be conducted from 15th February to 3rd March, 2021. As per the latest information, about 16 lakh candidates will be appearing for this exam. 

RRB has already released the link to check the exam date, venue and to download the free pass ticket (For SC/ST candidates) for RRB NTPC Fourth Phase exam which is scheduled to be held on 15, 16, 17 and 27 February and 1, 2, and 3 March, 2021.

Railway Recruitment Board conducts Railway NTPC and other railway examinations every year which gives an opportunity to the candidates to work in the prestigious Government Sector (Indian Railways) in India. 

Various Posts for Railway NTPC Exam
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conducts the RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Exam to fill various auxiliary posts in the Indian Railways. The recruitment is done for the following posts: 
  • Junior Clerk cum Typist
  • Accounts Clerk cum Typist
  • Junior Time Keeper
  • Trains Clerk
  • Commercial cum Ticket Clerk
  • Traffic Assistant
  • Goods Guard
  • Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk

Eligibility Criteria
The aspirants who are looking to attempt this examination must refer to the eligibility criteria and see whether they are eligible for the examination or not.
The eligibility criteria are as follows :
  1. Nationality / Citizenship: Candidates must be nationals of India, Nepal, Bhutan.
  2. Age: Candidates must be between the age group of 18 years to 30 years.
  3. Education: Candidates who wish to appear must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and equivalent. There are certain posts, which require a degree of at least 12th Std.
  4. Physical Fitness:  There are certain medical standards prescribed by the RRB that the candidates must pass.
Exam Pattern
Exam Pattern of the RRB NTPC are categorised into the following stages:
  1. CBT Stage – 1
  2. CBT Stage – 2
  3. Skill / Aptitude Test
  4. Document Verification
  5. Medical Examination
Candidates who have applied for the post of Junior Accountant Assistant, Senior Clerk cum Typist and Senior Time Keeper, are required to give the ‘skill test’ while the aptitude test is for those who have applied for the post of Traffic Assistant and Assistant Station Master.

Syllabus
The sections for both the stages of the RRB NTPC CBT Exam are the same. They are as follows:
  1. Mathematics
  2. General Awareness
  3. General Intelligence and Logical Reasoning
The difference in both the CBT stages is of the number of questions asked in each stage. In CBT Stage – 1 there are 100 questions while in CBT Stage – 2 it is 120 questions. Both stages have a duration of 90 minutes each.
