A- The Latin word persona is the source of the English "personality." Personality refers to a person's ability to adapt to new situations. "Dynamic organisation within the individual of those psychophysical systems that determine his characteristic behaviour and thought," according to Allport. There are several different types of personality approaches:

The type method specifies personality types that were once used to depict various types of behaviour based on shared characteristics.

The trait approach focuses on a person's psychological characteristics. It refers to a person's personality traits, such as arrogance or calmness. Interactional approach: People's behaviour can be influenced by external rewards or dangers. They act in a specific way depending on the situation.
