Pre RMO 2022-202 Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria for the Pre regional Mathematical olympiad have been set by the National Board of Higher Mathematics (NBHM). These standards must be fulfilled by the candidates aiming to appear in the Pre RMO exam and include the following-- Applicant must be born on or before August 1, 2001, to be eligible for PRMO.
- Students studying from Classes 8-12 can apply for this olympiad exam.
- Only Indian students are eligible for the Pre RMO exam. However, students holding Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) cards can also appear in all stages of this olympiad exam, except the last one, the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO).
- Students must ensure that they meet all the norms for the Pre-regional Mathematical olympiad. No exception or advantages will be given to any student in any case.
Pre RMO Registration 2022-2023
Once the aspirants know that they fulfill the eligibility Criteria for the Olympiad exam, they can proceed to Pre RMO Registration. Students can visit the official website of the Mathematics Teachers' Association (MTA) and register themselves for the exam. Afterward, they are supposed to submit the registration form to their schools. The school must be registered with the conducting body.Pre RMO Registration Fee
The registration fee for the Pre-regional Mathematical olympiad is RS. 200. However, students studying in Kendriya Vidhayala (KV) and Jawahar Navodaya Vidhayala (JNV) are supposed to pay Rs. 125 and 150, respectively.Applicants should fill out their examination form very carefully. They must cross-check the details before submitting the form.
