RMO 2022 Exam Result, Check Important Dates and Guidelines for Exam day

RMO 2022 Exam Result: RMO 2022 Exam Result is usually declared in December every year. However, this year, the dates for the Exam and Result declaration are not declared by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) yet. The Pre RMO Exam date is expected to be held on 24 November and 20 December 2022. As soon as the Pre RMO exam is conducted and the results are out, RMO Registration will begin along with the declaration of RMO exam dates and Result date. Pre RMO is the first stage in the International Mathematical Olympiad program. Candidates have to clear this stage to move on to the Regional Mathematical Olympiad exam (RMO). This chain goes on to Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO) (third stage) and ultimately to the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO). Six candidates are selected after 5 stages, IMO being six, to showcase their logical reasoning skills and problem-solving abilities on an International forum. Candidates from Classes 8-12 fulfill the RMO eligibility. However, they must qualify for the Pre RMO exam to appear in the RMO.

Steps to Check RMO 2022 Result 

Generally, applicants can check out the RMO result from the official website of HBCSE. The date of birth and roll number is the required details to fill in to access the scores. Enter the captcha and select the login button. Now, click on view and see your scores. We advise you to print your result for future reference.  

Candidates having any queries about their RMO result can contact the re-evaluation facility of the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE). The student should do that before the last date to the regional coordinator. Candidates can find the list of regional coordinators on the official website. Moreover, in case of any grievance, applicants can also contact the concerned authorities. They address grievances at any portal on the official website of the HBCSE.

Guidelines for RMO Exam Day

Candidates must not take calculators, mobile phones, iPods, programmable wristwatches, and other electronic gadgets in the examination hall. Other significant exam guidelines for the RMO Exam Day are as follows-

• Use regular pens and pencils to fill the OMR sheet.
• Candidates must darken only one bubble for the answer. Darkening two or more bubbles will be of no use because the machine will not scan them.
• Candidates will be allotted only one OMR sheet for the exam. If the sheet is damaged by ink or other means, an additional sheet will not be given.
• Use a black or blue ball pen or a black pencil to fill in the OMR sheets.
• Candidates should fill in their date of birth, name, and e-mail address correctly.
• Candidates can use the blank sheet given at the end of the question paper for rough work.

Candidates are given a copy of the answered OMR sheet is given to the candidates for future reference.
 

RMO Admit card 

We advise candidates to download the admit card to avoid last-minute hassles. Admit card is important if you are appearing in any competition exam. Following are the steps that can help you download your admit card-

• Go to the official website of the Pre regional mathematical Olympiad official website.
• You will find a home page of PRMO.
• Select PRMO HALL TICKET and click on the download link
• Fill in your registration number, roll number, and date of birth in the blank space given
• Select the SUBMIT option
• You will find your admit card visible on your screen after some seconds
